POND TIPS FOR EARLY SPRING

• Clean your pond if needed.
• Ensure your water is clean. Poor quality water can affect the health of your fish.
• Clean and start your biological filter.
• Run your pump continuously.
• Clean mechanical filters EVERY week.
• Add MacCourt's Natural Pond Water Treatment when water temperature reaches 50 degrees (remember to replace bacteria pouch every 30 days).
• Monitor the water temperature. Do not feed fish until water temperature is above 50 degrees.
• Check your fish for signs of disease.
• Raise water plants from the bottom of your pond and place nearer to the surface to promote growth.
• Begin fertilizing plants.
• Sit back, enjoy and wait for the show to start!
