The Manufacturer, MacCourt Products Inc., 4881
Ironton St., Denver, Colorado 80239, Warrants
that this Window Well Cover will be usable as
such for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
In the event this Window Well Cover is or becomes
defective within such five-year period, the manufacturer
will, at it's option, arrange for replacement
or repair of the Window Well Cover within 45 days
of receipt of written notice of such defect together
with proof that the Window Well Cover was originally
purchased within the five-year period. The notice
must be sent to MacCourt Products Inc., 4881 Ironton
St., Denver, Colorado 80239, and should describe
the nature and extent of the defect and the location
of the Window Well Cover.
This warranty shall not apply to any damage resulting
from intentional misuse. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION
OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY
TO YOU. No person is authorized to bind the manufacturer
for any further warranty other than that stated
in this paragraph. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC
LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS
WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. This warranty
only applies to sales made in the United States
or its territories.

life from the date of purchase. In the event this
Lawn Pond is or becomes defective , the manufacturer
will, at it's option, arrange for replacement

within the twenty-year period. The notice must

of the Lawn Pond. All costs of repair or replacement
will be done by the manufacturer.
